Effective Date: August 22, 2026 · Last Updated: August 22, 2026 · Version 2026-08-22-personal-memory-v1
Effective Date: August 22, 2026
1. Scope
This Policy applies to Ruzzler subscriptions, prepaid plans, PAYG services, credits, and other purchases unless a signed contract or order form states otherwise.
2. Billing Models
Ruzzler may offer: monthly or annual subscriptions; negotiated enterprise contracts; prepaid usage; prepaid credits; PAYG services; usage-based fees; and hybrid plans.
3. Usage Charges
Usage may be measured by items such as: model tokens; requests; API calls; compute; storage; agent activity; workflow execution; external tools; model-provider usage; or other disclosed billable units.
4. Payment Processor
Ruzzler currently uses Stripe for certain payments.
Additional or replacement processors may be used later.
5. Authorization
By providing a payment method, Customer authorizes collection of applicable fees, usage charges, taxes, and other disclosed charges.
6. Renewals
Recurring subscriptions automatically renew where stated during purchase unless canceled before the renewal date.
Renewal terms in a signed contract or order form control where different.
7. Cancellation
Customers may cancel through available account controls or by contacting billing@ruzzler.com.
Cancellation stops future renewal charges subject to the applicable plan and billing cycle.
Cancellation does not erase charges already incurred.
8. Used Portions Are Non-Refundable
Any amount attributable to Services already consumed is non-refundable except where law requires otherwise.
Consumed Services may include: model usage; compute; API usage; completed workflow execution; agent activity; storage already provided; provider charges incurred on Customer's behalf; and other metered resources already used.
9. Unused Prepaid Portions
A genuinely unused prepaid portion of an eligible plan may be refunded on a prorated basis.
The applicable unused amount will be calculated according to the economic unit of the relevant plan.
Examples: unused prepaid time may be calculated according to remaining service time; unused credits may be calculated according to remaining eligible credit balance; prepaid usage may be calculated according to the unused purchased allocation.
Amounts already consumed are deducted before any refund calculation.
10. PAYG
PAYG charges arise as Services are used.
Completed PAYG usage is non-refundable.
11. AI Output Is Not a Refund Basis
Consumed AI usage is not refundable solely because: an answer was unhelpful; output was inaccurate; Customer disliked the result; Customer lacked prompting expertise; instructions were incomplete; a workflow was poorly configured; another model might have performed differently; the project failed to meet subjective expectations; or Customer decided not to use generated output.
This provision does not limit mandatory statutory rights.
12. Technical Failure
Where a verified Ruzzler technical failure prevented delivery of a paid Service and Customer was nevertheless charged, BEE RAD TECH may: reverse the charge; restore usage credits; or provide another commercially reasonable adjustment.
13. Duplicate Charges
Verified duplicate charges will be corrected.
14. Unauthorized Charges
Customers should promptly report suspected unauthorized charges.
BEE RAD TECH may require reasonable verification before processing a claim.
15. Third-Party Charges
Where Customer uses its own third-party AI account or credentials, charges billed directly by that provider are not refundable by BEE RAD TECH.
16. Refund Method
Approved refunds will ordinarily be returned to the original payment method where technically possible.
17. Processing Times
Payment-provider processing times may apply after BEE RAD TECH authorizes a refund.
18. Taxes
Refund calculations may be adjusted to account for taxes where required.
19. Chargebacks
Customers should contact Ruzzler billing support before initiating a payment dispute where practical.
Nothing in this Policy limits rights available under applicable payment or consumer-protection laws.
20. Contract Customers
A negotiated enterprise agreement or order form may establish different: pricing; invoicing; cancellation; credit; refund; or payment terms.
Those negotiated terms control.
21. Mandatory Consumer Rights
Where a Customer has non-waivable cancellation, refund, or cooling-off rights under applicable law, those rights control.
