Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of Ruzzler.
1. Lawful Use
Users may not use Ruzzler to violate applicable law or knowingly facilitate unlawful conduct.
2. Unauthorized Access
Users may not use Ruzzler to: gain unauthorized system access; steal credentials; bypass authentication; distribute malware; exploit systems without permission; or conduct unauthorized intrusion.
Authorized security testing is permitted only within the user's lawful scope.
3. Fraud and Deception
Ruzzler may not be used to materially facilitate fraud, impersonation, deceptive financial activity, or theft.
4. Privacy Violations
Users may not knowingly use Ruzzler to unlawfully collect, expose, monitor, or process another person's private information.
5. Sensitive Information
Users should avoid submitting sensitive information unless reasonably necessary and authorized for the applicable workflow.
Customers should use available sanitizer, permissions, and security controls.
6. Employment Decisions
Ruzzler's employee operational profiles may not be used as an automated system for determining: hiring; firing; compensation; promotion; discipline; employment eligibility; or substantially similar employment-status decisions.
7. Private Vaults
Users may not attempt to bypass Personal Memory or Vault permissions, use an organizational role to access another individual's private information, or cause a company workflow to retrieve from Personal Memory.
8. Intellectual Property
Users may not knowingly use Ruzzler to infringe intellectual-property rights.
9. Malicious Automation
Users may not deploy agents or workflows designed primarily to: compromise systems; conduct unauthorized spam; perform unlawful surveillance; distribute malicious code; conduct credential theft; or materially disrupt third-party services.
10. External Tools
Users must comply with applicable terms governing connected external tools.
Ruzzler must not be used merely to evade another provider's access restrictions, billing requirements, rate limits, or contractual restrictions.
11. Model Provider Restrictions
Certain model providers may impose additional acceptable-use restrictions.
Ruzzler may enforce provider-specific restrictions where necessary to maintain access or comply with law.
12. High-Impact Decisions
Users should apply appropriate human review before relying on AI output for decisions with significant legal, financial, safety, security, healthcare, or similar consequences.
13. Automated Agents
Users are responsible for limiting autonomous agents to appropriate scopes and permissions.
14. Content Security
Users must not knowingly upload malware, compromised code, or destructive content except within a lawful and properly isolated security-testing environment.
15. Service Integrity
Users may not intentionally: overload Ruzzler; bypass rate limits; interfere with other users; reverse engineer restricted proprietary systems except where law expressly permits; or defeat technical safeguards.
16. Enforcement
BEE RAD TECH may: warn users; restrict functionality; suspend accounts; block workloads; or terminate access where reasonably necessary to enforce this Policy.
17. Appeals
Where appropriate, Customers may contact legal@ruzzler.com regarding an enforcement action.
